At 11:26am, I was skipping-cum-brisk walking out of the hall.
WE WERE FREE!! (well at least for 4 months or so, if I want to be pessimistic)

HOPEFULLY, my days of chinese torture are over...O-V-E-R.

Holidays are gonna start REAL SOON!

Friday night: drowning in chinese and cracking my head over integration.

Saturday: I woke up late, sleep never felt so good...
Anyway, I was busy packing away before the movers come on Wednesday morning (when I'll be in school for OP)...
I wonder if I'll miss the East. I mean..it's not as if I won't be leaving it for good, but it's the convenience of having everything within 2km radius of the house that I'll probably miss.

Thanks to Miss Laura, I'm now addicted to this song on my blog...believe it or not, yesterday night was the FIRST time I heard it. I've never watched High School Musical 2 before...
And "They" by Jem is the SDD music..I'm in love with it man..sounds so...Zaki..in a way.

Ballet today was great...
Ms Ho's almost done with choreo, and well I've got TONNES to work on for my little part.. Thanks Jea for waiting for me!!!
I seriously wonder if the whole dance will look as good as when it's en pointe...

Anyway, I've a feeling IMM rehearsals are gonna start soon. hmm.

I feel as if I'm totally stuffed to the brim with chinese. The more I see a chinese character, the more sian I feel. It reaches the point where I totally don't study for tests, like today. But surprisingly, though I didn't study at all, I passed. LOL. Goes to show that studying for chinese is rather redundant. LOL. or maybe it was because I cheated. hehe.

Ok anyway, PW just ended and well I've got to "engage with the audience more"...right. will work on that. I THINK.

Today, Shane made me cut out the PAW-a-thon logo BY HAND with a pen knife, and if you haven't seen the logo, you wouldn't want to be me. By the time I finished cutting the little small white spaces out, my fingers were tired and sore... THANKS SO MUCH SHANE.

But anyway OP wasn't too bad la.

OH YES. I HAVE TO TALK ABOUT BALLET YESTERDAY.
We did 1 hour and 15 mins en pointe.
We did lightning fast pas de bourrees en pointe.
We did hops en pointe.
We did bended pirouettes en pointe.
We did ssllloooowww adages en pointe.
I'm so proud of all of us.

BUT.....the saddening thing was that we all looked so clumsy and unconditioned when we danced in the tutus. Well guess we're not tutu material. How sad is that man.
So our costume's just gonna be a leotard. I hope it's like Zurich's bicycle shorts type!

Well it all started during the chinese mock today. LT 3 was terribly cold and I could feel my muscles all cramping up because it was SO ultra cold. I bet the air con was set at 0 degress celsius la. Anyway, I was shivering like crazy. Wait, but then again, I think getting whacked by a ball is much better compared to getting Hypothermia or Frostbite. hmm.

I'm stuck in school for the whole day today (at least until 4pm) because of PW. argh.
Was reading Calista's Female magazine just now, and well seriously, I don't think the "50 gorgeous people" are exactly gorgeous. I mean, I've seen many better looking people. Seriously wonder where they scout for these apparently "gorgeous" people.. Only a handful look exceptionally pretty or handsome, while the rest just look ordinary or worse than ordinary. And wha's with all the make up? It makes them look older I think. Or maybe they look much worse without the make up. I don't know.

OH YES. I learnt something interesting from Female. I didn't know ballet pumps originated from Capezio! A sportswear designer(forgot her name) approached Capezio and asked them to design a pair of ballet shoes not meant for dancing..sounds logical enough why they decided to call it ballet pumps.

I can't wait for all the rehearsals I've managed to flood myself with..Church, Ms Ho, IMM, VJ...

For some strange apparent reason, I've doing alot of thinking..thinking not about chinese or pw, but about other things.. things that are unimportant, but yet manage to find their way into the center of my mind.

On the bus back from parkway with Dom and Callie, I was just thinking about the past valentines days I've experienced. Random, I know, but that's the odd magic of the mind. Anyway, I really take my hat off the boys who do something for a girl they like... the courage, guts, the time and effort.

ANYWAY, today has made me realise something...
REMIND ME NEVER TO MARRY A BUSINESS MAN. NEVER EVER.
Today mummy brought me for dinner before ballet at Lagoona, and well she was like a business woman. She was settling the Lighthouse Mag stuff, and was on her handphone NON-STOP. I must empahsise, NON-STOP. Call after call, never hanging up the phone. Well, I went off to buy food, I came back and she was still on the phone. I went to buy drinks, she was STILL on the phone! wah lao. I sat down, started eating her food because mine had not arrived yet, and she still continued talking.. I was eating by myself la... how sad is that. That is why, I have resolved not to marry a business man...I don't want this to happen to me when I'm married! Oh please no....

Ballet today was quite good. Ms Ho did choreo for the adage, and it's really pretty! Choreo is pretty, but execution is atrocious. We don't do Ms Ho's choreography justice man. Plus, this is just in soft shoes! Imagine how bad it would be en pointe! OH DEAR.

Ok I feel so proud of myself. I've got a mock chinese test tml, and I've resolved to not studying. I can't possibly study so much in one night. Anyway, whatever I was reading was just hovering above my head, not entering at all. So what's the use? haha.

Too bad, I've got to write my OP script onto the tiny cards now...lol...

I was SO glad on friday that the weekend had finally arrived. I desperately needed a break from chinese.

Well, on saturday, I went for 6 1/2 hours of ballet. WOOHOO. SO SHIOK. After that, had rehearsal in church...Angels, go practice the steps! haha! But to all angels who read this, it was a really good try since it was the very first rehearsal..well done...
Learnt my kung fu part too...i'm gonna develop top thigh muscles man...gosh.

ok now, about TODAY. SUNDAY.
Today Rev. Sam Kuna was talking about the prayer of Jabez from 1 Chronicles.. and he told us some of his life stories as well.. was rather interesting.

After service, Julia, mummy & I took a photo because all of us (including Siva & Gab) were wearing blue + white..

Took a bus down to Shane's house after that for PW OP, and we discussed and plan the 5 min group presentation thingie...secret secret..cannot say. HAHA. no la. It's just a short enactment.

Anyway, mummy came to fetch me, and drove me to Marsiling..

NOW comes the interesting part.

During the 1st half, I looked away from the field for a split second, to the right. Who knew, at that moment, the soccer ball came flying headlong in my direction, straight towards my face.
I turned my head, saw the ball 20 cm away from my face.
OH SHIT.
and wham! OW.

At that moment I felt like the Phantom of the Opera, covering half my face in shock. Thing is, it didn't hurt that badly actually... My neck had received all the impact, and I was just so stunned by what had just happened. That kick was SO accurate man... well anyway, I'm fine now, after all that ice and kisses from Ernie LOL. I think i've got a phobia of balls! The whole time after that, I jumped whenever a flying object entered my field of vision.. Mummy says I need flooding therapy. NO THANKS MAN!

I shan't reveal who kicked that ball, but hey, thanks for giving me Lasik and free soccer lessons man.. plus, you probably jostled my brain abit, so hopefully, I'll get straight A s for my re-papers...

Ok I have to do my chinese paper now...on Daddy's flower has dropped & Mr Teng Ye. Stupid chinese. ARGH.

Zurich Ballet (12 Oct)
Zurich Ballet is simply amazing man! Love their flexibility, love their arabesques, their penches, extensions, EVERYTHING. The choreography was really good too, where I simply adored all the group pieces and the boys pas de trois. But I think there were too many pas de duex..should have more group pieces. Overall, it was an enjoyment to watch man.
After Zurich, Ms Ho (who brought her 2 daughters to watch Zurich - Jay and I) drove Jay, Abi, Mama and I to Dempsey Hill for supper - Ben & Jerry's. Ms Ho demanded for ice cream on her apple pie! Well done Ms Ho! Was supposed to sleep over at Seletar with Ps Daph, Dwayne, Siva, Abel, but I was too late, and so it was cancelled...SORRY GUYS!

THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!! WOW!!!!!!! AMAZINGGG!!!!!
I was hyperventilating the whole time through! Poor Jay and Abi are gonna get bruises on their arms because I was nudging them throughout the entire performance cos i was too excited! Ulyanna Lopatkina was so wonderful! She just has this aura about her when she's onstage, where she can actually communicate with her audience through her dancing... You never feel bored when you're watching her dance. The other dancers were really great too! I loved Grand Pas de Duex - Classic, and Don Quixote. OH! & I literally stopped breathing when the dancer was doing the million fouettes in Don Quixote! I COULD NOT BREATHE. I could have turned blue LOL. I nearly cried man! I was EXHILIRATED! At the end, we 3 muskeeters gave the dancers a standing ovation! They really deserved it man...really did.
After that, 3 of us were so taken aback by the performance that we felt so excited, so we decided to go for supper - Paper Prata! But it kinda turned into a sleepover at Jay's house, where we drank soup and ate a whole box of mcvities biscuits, while watching dvds of Paris Opera Ballet School and Don Quixote by Paris Opera Ballet. We ATTEMPTED to fall asleep, but it didn't work cos I was replaying all those images of pencil toes and pencil legs. PLUS, the most interesting thing happened. Abi & I were wearing Jay's Man U jersey tops to sleep, and we had a silk blanket. Well, it generated ALOT of static, and in the dark, my top glowed with static sparks! OW! It was REALLY INTERESTING. Well, we couldn't sleep because of Jay's noisy clock, so we switched on the TV and watched OC during which we fell asleep.

We woke up at 10am, stretching like all dancers do HAHA, and watched Centrestage! I lost track of time, and the next time I looked at the clock, it was 11:35am!!! I was 35 mins late for church!!! I reached church at 11:50am, and worship was over LOL. oops. It's bad to sleep so late before sunday service cos I was stoning so much during service lol.

Went for lunch, then for Calvary Cup.. IT WAS AN INTERESTING AND HILARIOUS GAME.
Mummy played! OMG. Aunty Ivy too! oh yes, and not to forget ernie and Ps Lau who scored a goal each HAHA. Well done man....
Sorry to charlene who had to keep picking balls from the ditch because I kept kicking them in. HEHE. Oh and your birkenstocks too. HAHA.

I feel so stuffed. Ate so much today, but I didn't exercise. I need to work extra hard on tuesday man. It's ok...I'm inspired man.

Today a miracle happened.
Previously, I was very unsure of my promotion because of the E,S,S,U I got...
Well, today when I was checking the mark list for Maths, guess what? My U had turned into a S! Oh my gosh!
WHY? Because I always thought S was 35 - 44 marks. BUT, apparently, it was 30 - 44....SO I GOT S! SO THAT MEANS I GET PROMOTED! THANK YOU GOD!

Ballet today was great man...could turn, only triple was now unsteady, unlike tuesday. hehe. But, it was still good. Now I have to work on my extensions... oh goodness oversplits here I come...

OH YES. MY ARMS ACHE TERRIBLE. THANKS TO PT FROM AARON AND SHAM. OH MY GOODNESS GRACIOUS ME. I CAN'T PRESS MY HANDS TOGETHER.

today was a rather bad day...it just got worse and worse and worse...
It started off with chinese where i got 62% which is quite good considering the fact that I had no idea how to answer the compre questions.. you must be wondering why i would consider the day a horrible one...well it starts here.

I got back my econs: 37 / 100 (S)
I was quite bummed out by it because I was in the bottom 3 of my class..
but just when i thought things couldn't get worse, I got back my maths paper.
I shan't reveal my results, but I cried SLIGHTLY after I got my paper... you can infer how bad it was.

Thanks to kaiwan, pearlyn and liu ying for cheering me up..for treating me to lunch, for the chocolate therapy, and for the analysis of how I can improve... thanks guys, so much.

Thank you Gabby too for the "POPS" chocolates to cheer me up. =)

And Laura, the reason I shout at you when teaching you chem, is because I don't want you to fail like I did. It's seriously something you don't want to experience because the feeling is the most horrible feeling ever.

Got back my Physics and GP results for Promos.
Physics: 46.9% (which is, thankfully, an E)
GP: 50% ( ok this one really sucks man)

I wasn't very happy with physics, but neither was I unhappy about it. Surprisingly I was just..."hmm..ok."

BUT, I'm rather disappointed with GP la. was expecting a D at least..
You know, it's so funny when one year, you top the level in English but in another year, you're struggling to pass. It's the biggest joke ever man. sigh.

I'm probably gonna get my Chem paper back later too... I BETTER PASS THAT ONE.

I'm extremely agitated now.
My whole day didn't go very well.
Dance was horrible and frustrating,
Ballet was totally terrible for me cos I felt so bulky and fatty, that I couldn't turn properly, jump high enough, even to look good when I stand. ARGH.
Then, someone tells me not to vent my anger on everyone else. Hello, you don't have to bother about me what. Not as if I'm throwing or kicking your stuff around or shouting at you. I'm minding my own business..you should too.

PLUS, some idiot thinks I've a money tree in my backyard. HELLO. You may be rich, but I'm not. Don't you think it costs TOO MUCH for a dumb t shirt like that?! HELLO VALUE FOR MONEY PLEASE. Who cares if its branded or not?! Just draw the stupid tick on the t shirt yourself la. The amount I have to pay is double the the normal budget, you know. DUMB PERSON.

Yesterday's trip to the zoo was a blast man.
Went with Pastor Daph, Susanne, Abel & Dwayne...
During the whole outing I think I laughed so hard that I think it was probably possible to get abs from laughing so much.
We did SO many silly ridiculous things man. Ha ma na ma!
Oh i musn't forget to add that I met RQ there too!

Oh yes, and after the zoo, we all went to seletar with mummy, gab, laura, pastor + siva, where we ate on floor, and had a walk in the dark eery streets. Thanks to all those who scared me for giving me adrenaline rushes. LOL. Thank God i didn't get any nightmares.

However, today i'm suffering from the hangover of the zoo trip.
Was SUPER stoned today during dance today, and my body felt so tired and lethargic.
ok I'm gonna take a short snooze before i have my dinner and go for ballet....ciao.

Was so terribly angry with the whole system.

After MANY MANY tries, and turning to "Forgot Password" for help, I realised I entered the wrong username. Instead of entering my email add, I put in my old blogger username.
SO SMART. OH GOSH. I'll blame it on the chinese paper today. and "thanks" so much Abel for imagining the whole scenario. THANKS ALOT.

Ok talking about chinese, it was an atypical paper.
I didn't feel stressed at all. If I felt anything, it was humour. LOL.
It was so difficult that it was actually funny. WOW.
The last compre passage was fun though - nice to read, but a torture to do.

ok anyway, thanks to Shao Fang for TRYING to talk to my "boss" to get me out of dance. Obviously it didn't work but thanks for the bravery LOL.

And....DANCE. I love the conditioning man. My body FINALLY gets to do some form of exercise.
We did the normal stretching, 6 mins worth of crunches and cycling in the air, another 4 mins of arm conditioning, and a whole lot of dynamic exercises..
Gab, I know how the leg cramps felt LOL.

ok i just came back from Challenger with mummy and Laura, and I've got SO many things to write now. It's gonna be a long night man...

1) I can't believe how some people are just so ruthless as to resort to stealing priced creativity from others. It's so underhanded. How absolutely horrid. I now know the importance of intellectual property rights.

2)3rd degree price discrimination exists in Challenger! It was reawlly shocking man. We were looking at some Adobe something something, and the student price was $939.00 while the normal one was $3053 or something around there. WOW for the difference in price.

3)While walking in watsons, I was just standing in front of one shelf of colourful boxes, and there was a man next to me. He kept looking at me..I didn't know why. I wasn't really looking at the products, but rather just admiring the different coloured packaging. When that guy walked away, I read the labels on one of the boxes: " Pregnancy Test Kit". Oh my gosh. HAHA. No wonder that guy kept looking at me. After that, he was laughing away la...and Laura and I were laughing too...at him.

4)I've found out how tiring it is for a boy who's not much taller than a girl to put his hand around her shoulders. I tried it with mummy and my hand ached la! well her shoulders hurt too because she said I was too bony. LOL. Ok I sound weird.

5)Laura!!! You've put my jamies through the fabric test LOL.

ok i'm gonna stop here. I'm gonna watch a movie with Allie tomorrow! It's called Nanny mi...something la. I don't know. But I miss Allie so much man. Haven't seen for the longest time! Hey popcorn woman, we meet again....
