today we did snowflake dance en pointe...& I forgot to cut my toe nails so imagine how painful it was...ok secind time I sweat during SDT rehearsal, haha! went ballet class, and stayed outside with Ying Shan from 2:45pm to 3:45pm.Ms Ho was in a better mood today. I mean...happier and not so mean. no pointework today. Did some turns from the corner and petite jete turning thing...then chaine...oh man left side I got a headache from turning too much! Ms Ho said must flick faster...my bun nearly flew off! Anyway, did adage, and I liked it (for once...)! Liked the choreography and music. I guess because it was something like the snowflake dance so I'm used to the style. Double pirouettes in fifth position - Ying Shan & I were figuring how to get the arms from first to fifth with minimal air resistance...haha! After that was jumps, then allegro with loads of tenleves(ok I dunno how u spell this) pronounced ton-lev-vay...ok wdv. Oh and grand jetes too, then *sa-shay turn(with a jump) twice, essemble(is that how u spell it???), land 2 legs, jump this weird gymnastics jump with turned IN legs...& arms in fifth...I seriously had difficulty with that. Just came back from Daimaru. Went there for dinner, and 5 of us just had a few rounds of blackjack...tml got church. Must sleep early...
