I've missed 3 ballet rehearsals so far, because of rehearsal with Miss Wee for IMM light up and because of the Chiang Mai trip.

IMM rehearsal was all right...I didn't have to kill myself just by being so ultra scared of Germaine. We both have our own strengths so I guess we're kinda on par... but I love her arabesques and penche... oh yes did I mention we have to do a penche? she's doing left (her better side), and I'm doing right (my worst side)! oh boy... I keep toppling over partly due to the uneven bottom of the pointe shoe, AND, partly because my right penche just sucks. haiz. But nevertheless, it's a really fun dance to do. OH YES ballet peeps, I'm wearing a white tutu! LOL.

I shan't talk about Chiang Mai because there are simply too many things to talk about...I'm too lazy and I don't have the patience to write document everything.

OH I'M SO GLAD I'VE FINISHED CHOREOGRAPHY FOR ANGELS.

what's next? oh yes...Open house rehearsal.
I miss 3 rehearsals, and steps have changed, blockings have changed.. argh.
ah nevermind...it's ok.

I feel so excited about dancing again, about putting on those pointe shoes, feeling my ankle work hard as I balance myself on that mere tip of the shoe. It's a really good feeling to feel your muscles working hard to hold an arabesque, so pirouette en pointe. Most of all, I love sweating. Sounds gross i know, but it means that you've worked hard, that you have made that 1 and a half hours of dancing worthwhile.

I'm so excited to dance on pointe again.
