I'm SO glad that Joel's back:)
Anyway, last night I finally(after 2 weeks) got to see him (*NOTE to uncle Henry: I gave him a bigger hug this time round!!!) Had dinner, then headed to my place to chill... HAHA. love that word. So yea.. that was my wonderful wonderful night I had with my boyfriend:)
okok.. so today. I nearly died in class. Didn't have time to eat breakfast, so I just drank half a cup of milk, and left. BAD MOVE. In ballet I was fine, but that drained all my energy. Had nothing left for contemp, and so I was as dead as a rock. Couldn't even concentrate well. SIGH this is VERY BAD, Hannah. Had lunch(beef tortellini from the kafffff) and an unripe pear. LOL. The pear was disgusting. After that scrumptious lunch, we had a 4-hour long rehearsal with Neil Adams. OMG.
My legs are now all tight and sore, and standing already makes the muscles tired. Hot pack has been round my thighs, my feet, my calves. LOL. Am gonna take a HOT bath:)
Just did my food journal for anatomy assignment (due on 3rd AUGUST. SIGGGGHHHH...), and well I realised that for a dancer, I'm eating too little proteins, carbs, and vegetables. Eating more than enough fruits (i ate 6 servings. I only need 2), moderate number of extras(CHOCOLATES. yes I've been using self control), and am slightly low on water.
ok. ya.
i won't change it though. Maybe for the vege part. But protein and carbs..... I don't wanna increase that man. no way.....
